LIFE COACHING
I offer one-to-one coaching to support personal growth, wellbeing, and positive change. Many clients come to me during life transitions such as a change in relationship status, children leaving home, or when exploring a career change. Others want to build healthier habits, shift unhelpful patterns, or strengthen their mindset. Together, we’ll explore your ideas, identify what matters most, and take practical steps forward with clarity and confidence.
SANCTUARY SESSIONS
Sanctuary Sessions offer a calm, confidential space to pause, reflect, and think without pressure. Distinct from performance-driven coaching, these sessions are for individuals who are not seeking therapeutic intervention but who want a psychologically safe space to explore their thoughts and emotions, particularly when feeling mentally overloaded, emotionally stretched, or unsure how to move forward. Drawing on psychological theory, the focus is on gentle exploration, self-awareness, and self-compassion, allowing insight to emerge naturally rather than forcing outcomes.
You don't need to decide which type of coaching is right for you in advance. Coaching with me is always bespoke and flexible, shaped around your needs, goals, and circumstances. We can explore together what would be most helpful for you at this point, and the focus can evolve over time. If you are unsure where to start, you are very welcome to get in touch for an informal conversation to see whether coaching feels like a good fit. If it becomes clear that a different form of support would be more appropriate, this will be discussed openly and sensitively.
ACADEMIC COACHING
Academic coaching offers structured, supportive space to help students plan effectively, manage workload, and build confidence in their academic approach. Drawing on positive psychology and coaching psychology, this support focuses on how you study rather than what you study, helping you develop clarity, sustainable routines, and greater independence. Academic coaching is suitable for students at different stages, including Access to Higher Education, undergraduate, and Master’s level study.

About me
I’m Jane Montgomery, an accredited Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology practitioner with a background in international sales management. Having navigated a demanding and competitive career in sales management, expat life, divorce, single parenthood, and a major career pivot in my late 40s, I bring both lived experience and evidence-based tools into a warm and inspiring coaching space.
